1. Will the jewelry turn my skin green?

No. We never use brass, nickel, or cheap alloys that cause skin discoloration.

- All Dialuxé pieces are made from solid 925 Sterling Silver.

- They are then coated in a thick layer of 14K Gold or Rhodium.

- They are 100% Nickel-Free and Hypoallergenic, making them safe for sensitive ears.

2. Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?

To keep your jewelry looking brand new, we recommend taking it off before showering, swimming, or applying perfumes/lotions.

Why? Water and chemicals can wear down the 14K Gold plating over time.

Tip: If you want a piece you never have to take off, stick to our plain Sterling Silver items!

3. Can I return earrings?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings unless they are faulty. This ensures every pair you receive is brand new and unworn. Necklaces and bracelets can be returned within 14 days.

4. How long does delivery take? We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped via Royal Mail:

UK Orders: Typically arrive in 2–4 business days.

International: Typically arrive in 5–14 business days.

5. Is the packaging gift-ready? Yes! Every order arrives in our signature Dialuxé Gift Box, perfect for gifting. We do not include price tags or invoices inside the box, so you can send it directly to that special someone.
