Our Promise to You At Dialuxé, we want you to completely adore your fine jewellery. If for any reason your piece is not the perfect fit for your everyday uniform, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unmarked, and in its original Dialuxé packaging (including the cream gift box and any pouches).
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings unless they are faulty. Additionally, any bespoke or personalised pieces (such as custom initial necklaces) are made exclusively for you and are strictly non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at dialuxestudio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and simple instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
Our 1-Year Guarantee We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. All our 14k Gold Vermeil pieces come with a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. If your piece experiences a structural fault within this time, please contact us for a repair or replacement.
