SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Because every Dialuxé piece is hand-checked and packaged with care, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.

Note: If you order on a Friday, your order will likely be dispatched the following Monday.

Free on orders over £50

UK Delivery (Royal Mail) We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail to ensure they arrive safely.

Standard Delivery: 2–4 Business Days – £2.99

Express Delivery: 1–2 Business Days – £4.99

International Shipping Yes, we ship globally! International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Europe: 5–7 Business Days

USA & Rest of World: 7–14 Business Days

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.

Packaging All jewelry arrives in our signature Dialuxé Gift Box, perfect for gifting (or treating yourself!). We do not include pricing on the packing slip inside the box, so you can send it directly to a loved one.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your Dialuxé jewelry. However, if something isn't quite right, here is how we can help.

The "Hygiene" Exception (Earrings) For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings unless they are faulty.

This ensures that every pair of earrings you receive from us is brand new and has never been worn by anyone else.

Please check the size and style carefully before buying. If you are unsure, feel free to email us for more photos!

Return Policy for Necklaces & Bracelets For non-earring items (like necklaces), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original Dialuxé packaging.

Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund lost returns.

Damaged or Faulty Items We inspect every piece before it leaves our studio. However, if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days:

1. Please email us immediately at dialuxestudio@gmail.com

2. Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the fault.

3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you right away.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at dialuxestudio@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with our UK returns address.

3. Pack the item securely (ideally in the original box) and post it back to us.

4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
